The Greek Dragus Rastopolo, a sailor on the galley San Martino, is accused of trying to desert while the ship was in Zante and then of participating in an attempt to murder the galley's captain Fra Francesco Sigismondo Thun. Witness statements collected from the captain, the marines Lorenzo Cassar and Pietro Sammut. He was sentenced to row for life.
