Bertum Vella had been exiled from Valletta in relation to previous crimes but he had broken the terms of his exile and was therefore fined 10 uncia.

Giovanni Maria Mamo is accused of bearing illegal weapons. He is also accused of vexing Gregorio Caruana while he was transporting wine to the warehouses of Valletta by standing in his way and hindering his passage. He was exiled for one year from Malta, to be extended by five years if he breached the conditions of his exile.
