Michael Barbara, Domenico Barbara and Mario Barbara, father and sons from Gudia, accuse Gabriele, Valerio and Andrea Ellul, father and sons from Gudia and Kirkop, they had visited the house of Simone Barbara, their other son and brother, in Gudia, where he was lying infirm, and threatened him with swords, knives and other weapons. They claimed that his wife was the daughter of Gabriele and took away as much clothing and other material as they could from the house. A full page list of all the stolen goods is presented. Gabriele Ellul was fined by the court. On appeal to the SAU, the fine was confirmed.
