Michael Barbara, Domenico Barbara and Mario Barbara, father and sons from Gudia, accuse Gabriele, Valerio and Andrea Ellul, father and sons from Gudia and Kirkop, they had visited the house of Simone Barbara, their other son and brother, in Gudia, where he was lying infirm, and threatened him with swords, knives and other weapons. They claimed that his wife was the daughter of Gabriele and took away as much clothing and other material as they could from the house. A full page list of all the stolen goods is presented. Joseph Schembri from Gudia testifies that Vincenzo Sacco from the same village had told him that he had brough from Senglea a decorated chest belonging to Maria Tanti to be delivered to her sister who lived in Gudia.
