Enrico Carlo Vassallo is writing from London where he is staying to continue his studies following a resolution of Council, and is stating that he had been obliged to add a considerable amount to the subsidy given him to meet the expenses of his voyage and of living in London. He was therefore requesting a further subsidy as had been provided to others before him namely Prof. T. Bonnici M.D. and Dr. Alfredo Vassallo M.A.
