Department: Medical. C.G.M.O. is reporting that during the previous month Dispensaries in Valletta namely Arpa's, Speeranza's, Economic, Original English and Dr. Terreni's Dispensary had been inspected by the Medical Board. In the latter one several drugs had been found to be deteriorated and it was ascertained that there was no Chemis in charge of same. Due to this latter fact he was requesting that action by Police be taken on this matter. Eventually Dr. Terreni's case was heard and he was sentenced to - 5s. ammenda for having practised the profession of chemist and dispersed drugs without a licence and another 10s ammenda for having kept in his Dispensary deteriorated drugs.
