Scope and content
The pastel-coloured image depicts a sketch of a female face by Leonardo da Vinci. Underneath this sketch, one finds a quote taken from the Matins hymn for the feast of the Sacred Heart ""It were shameful to turn again to sins, which lacerate that blessed Heart." The image is a memento to commemorate the solem blessing of the Crucifix and the first Mass celebrated on the new altar at the Primary School in Zabbar.
