              Interrogation of accused only. Antoninus de la Fenducci, a slave aboard the Santa Maria del Rosario was accused of desertion. He reports that he had been sent on land to gather supplies and that on his way back he had fainted and been taken in by a boy and some goodhearted people who gave him assistance. By the time he recovered, the ship had sailed.

              The infidel slaves belonging to the Order named Iles Mustafa Ogli, Assan Babac Ogli, Assan Ali Ogli and Mustafa Sileyman Ogli are accused of grand theft. Iles Mustafa Ogli, slave at the kitchens of the Grandmaster's palace stole 2 silver plates during the festivities of Easter, handed them over to Badacogli and Mustafa Sileyman Ogli, who took them aboard the Order's Galley to Messina, where they were sold. Separately, Iles Mustafa Ogli stole another plate of silver and sold it to Assan Ali Ogli, slave of the knight Carolo Giannallo who recognised the plate as belonging to the Grandmaster's Palace. Iles was sentenced to hanging and the others to be beaten until they pass out.

              Rosa Maria, a servant in the service of the knight La Valletta, Governor of the Island of Gozo. He gave her a chest of clothing to be washed and money to cover the cost, but the key to it was taken when she left at home and left. She had it opened with the assistance of a locksmith in the presence of the knight, but they discovered that some things were missing. They accused Vincenza, a neophite slave of the same knight, who confessed to taking the key, the missing doppia di biancho and two genovine. The doppia was returned by the Parish Priest of Porto Salvo, to whom it was given by Vincenza in confession.

              Johannes Domenicus Pace from Lia reports that when he was at the tavern of Josephus 'tal Barun' in Lia towards sunset he was approached by slaves of the Falconiere posted at San Anton palace, who wanted to use Pace's land, known as Del Monastero in the area known as Migiar il Genieni to build a boat on which to escape with other Turks. When Pace refused, the same slave threatened him to keep his silence.

              The Turkish slave Uzzejn Mahmed Ogli testifies that he found some very well made clothing of fine material close to the kithcens of the infirm slaves in the vicinity of his cell at the slaves' prison and that a slave called Romeda, a Moor, who served on the San Martino, told him that a certain slave Mahmet Ragas, who also served on the San Martino, had sold these in prison. It was alleged that he had stolen them.
