Gioseppe Azzupard/Azzopardi, soldier/sailor, is accused of deserting the corsair vessel 'San Gioseppe', since he returned to Malta on a different vessel. Case was heard on 29 August 1713.

Michaele Marinso, buonavoglia rower on San Giuseppe, is accused of desertion for failing to report for work. He was senteneced to three years' rowing.
