He worked with the British Navy for 13 years, then he worked with a tarmac company and afterwards with the Air Ministry. He had twin boys, Karmnu and Rokku. He was known as Tar-Rocc. He liked the local feasts and horses. He was a member of Maltese Catholic Association.
