Augustino Testa is accused of insulting Mariuzzo Bonnici and Franciscus Tamagna, and against other excesses against the slave of the Falconer (Falconiere). Witness statements: Mattheolo Tamagna reports that the previous December while at Castel Sant'Angelo he saw Augustinon Testa, who challeneged him to a duel and then stabbed him later since he refused. Separately, it is reported by witnesses that the same Testa attacked and wounded Mariuzzo Bonnici after the latter was called into the house of a prostitute knows as Il Persia to help her.
