Stephanus de Bartholomie, Julius Fenech, Dominicus Mifsud, Nicola Mifsud, Dominicus Hellul, Pasquale Camilleri and Giovanni Maria Tanti are accused of participating in proscribed and illegal forms of hunting. They were found in possession of butchered partridges and hares, the hunting of which was illegal. Stefano, Julio, and Nicola were sentenced to community service for four years and fined, Giovanni Maria Tanti was sentenced to exile from the entire domain for 5 years and thereafter perpetually from Attard, Mosta, Birkirkara, Lia, Balzan and Gargur. Domenico Mifsud, Domenico Hellul and Pasquale Camilleri were acquitted.
