Padronum Domenico Borg, Petro Baron, Andrea Borg, Alessandro Borg, Francesco Farrugia, Domenico Grech, Mariano Michallef, and Francesco Borg are accused of bringing up on shore the boat of Marco Bellia, which they had been using for fishing, in the area of Msida at night, and leaving it there derelict and without guard, allowing for it to be potentially used for escape or nefarious reasons by slaves or other delinquents.
