Unidentified motor car parked in front of Mellieha parish church

A very basic early motor-bus (548I - built on a Willys Overland car chassis and a motor-car (23I - details unknown). Seen with crowd of people (mostly members of the Griscti family on day trip to Mellieha)

Photo was taken during filming of 'Pulp' in Malta in 1972 with distant views of Torri l-Ahmar, Mellieha. Photo contains father of Henry Cachia (second from left, standing) and also includes actor Michael Rooney (second from right). The photo represents the last scenes from the film where a group of 10 hunters kill a hog and tie it to a hogtie. The initial pose around the tied hog is not in the film, however, the men, props, clothing, hog and location are all from the set.
