The brothers Josephus and Domenicus Xicluna report that a small wooden boad called mailla in Maltese was stolen from them in July which they used to cross from Marsa to Corradino. They were informed that the boat was at the vineyard of the Jesuit Fathers, having been taken there by the brothers Fabrizio and Michaele Xicluna. They are accordingly suing for 20 scudi, which is the estimated value of the fish they would have caught with the same boat.
