Magna Curia CastellaniaThomas Pulis Donatus, confrater of the Order from Senglea, had sold annual income of 80 scudi to the Veneranda Assemblea of the Order with carta gratiae for repurchase valid for nine years. Sale had been done for 1,000 scudi and in two contracts (28/03/1634 and 26/05/1634). Pulis owed money to several creditors. He therefore now wishes to sell the lands from which the income is derived to the same Assemblea and experts are to be consulted on the land's value. The lands include one called Y Xahra and others in the area of the church of St Roque outside the walls of Vittoriosa. A list of all the creditors is also included. Made before Notary Michaele Ralli.

Theodorino Michalizzi, captain of a frigate, who had arrived in Malta presents an official record supported by sworn testimonies that a certain Sinadino de Ruca from Salonica was not in Zante when he arrived there, but that he was known to be in Turkey. This de Ruca was in the business of managing ransoms for slaves. Reference is made to a contract between Michalizzi and Ignatio Ribera made in Malta before Not. Giovanni Paolo di Laurentio (11/08/1643), the contents of which are not referenced.

This had resulted in litigation with the named heirs and inheritors of their mother. Information is requested about these proceedings and the current location of the inherited items, and other information relating to the inheritance.
