Scope and content

A monitorium is issued at the request of Salvatore and Nicolo Cassar who had reported the following: after the death of Giuseppe Cammilleri, husband of the late Catherina, mother of Andriotta Mallia and the late priest Don Paulo Mallia, Catherina had taken possession of all moveable property and jewels in the house where she had lived with Giuseppe, which were then taken over into possession by Andriotta and Paulo. This had resulted in litigation with the named heirs and inheritors of their mother. Information is requested about these proceedings and the current location of the inherited items, and other information relating to the inheritance.
