              Emanuele Panaci and Demetrius Charagas as legitimate administrators of Dominica, Paula and Barbara, heirs of the deceased Leonardo Dalli prosecute Marianu Pace and summon witnesses to prove that the mentioned women were the legitimate heirs of the deceased, who died intestate, from a legitimate marriage and that they were so entitled to certain parcels of land entitled Il Ginen et Iceris (described). This was being disputed but many supporting contracts and documents were presented. Witnesses are summoned and more information about the area is gleamed through their report. The disputed land seems to be in the area Tal Bidini in Casal Pasqualino.

              The English bombardier (bombardiero) Richiardo Schott had been given leave to serve on the vessel of Cap. Martinus Vella as bombardier but he had not received all the pay due to him for his role. Witness statements from other members of the crew collected.

              Antonino Sammut is accused of theft and of assisting the thief Thomas Farrugia and harbouring him. In September, Theodoro di Mathera had come to Malta from the kingdom of Sicily with two caches of mixed goods and was staying with Antonius in Burmula. A list of the textiles and other goods related to weaving contained in these chests is provided. Sammut is accused of stealing from them and then also of (together with Jacobus Virun, being both of them Sottovisconti of the MCC) abusing of his position to keep the thief Tomaso Farrugia hidden in a garden close to their home. They were also planning their escape from Malta.

              Francesco Muscat from Casal Qormi is accused of breaching the conditions of his sentence of exile from Malta and Gozo to Sicily. He was sentenced to rowing on one of the Order's galleys with bound feet and against no pay for six years. On appeal this was moderated to three years.
