Scope and content
Emanuele Panaci and Demetrius Charagas as legitimate administrators of Dominica, Paula and Barbara, heirs of the deceased Leonardo Dalli prosecute Marianu Pace and summon witnesses to prove that the mentioned women were the legitimate heirs of the deceased, who died intestate, from a legitimate marriage and that they were so entitled to certain parcels of land entitled Il Ginen et Iceris (described). This was being disputed but many supporting contracts and documents were presented. Witnesses are summoned and more information about the area is gleamed through their report. The disputed land seems to be in the area Tal Bidini in Casal Pasqualino.
