Leonardo de Martino, rower on the San Pietro is accused of impersonating another rower to take his pay. Sentenced to five years' rowing on the Order's galleys.

Francesco Lia and his accomplices are accused of breaking into the Church of Saint John the Baptist, taking off his shoes so as not to make noise, and stealing a silver chandelier from the Chapel of Our Lady of Philermos. He was sentenced to public flagellation and ten years' rowing on the Order's galleys.

Maria Cassar from Gudja complains of harassament and threats against her person by Andrea Canciun from the same village. No sentence included.

The Neapolitan Francesco "Ciccu" Dattolo is accused of usury. He loaned money to Francesco de Federico and collected far more than he had loanded and in excess of what would be permissible. He was, however, acquitted.

Julia, widow of Giovanni Maria Attard and wife of Orlando Pullicino, accuses her son Francesco Attard of insulting her to great scandal, and of making several serious threats against her person, as well as assulting her little daughter. He is sentenced to three years' rowing but this is severely mitigated on appeal.

Pauluccius Dimegh (Dimech) from Zebbug is accused of wounding Ignatius Mifsud from the same village with a knife (coltello). Witness statements taken. He was sentenced to 20 years' rowing on the Orders' galley. The sentences was appealed to the SAU by Dimegh, and he was acquitted from the charge of assault and simply fined 4 uncia for carrying a knife illegally.

The Jew Josephus Fafa is accused of using fake pieces of bronze tari to purchase goods on various occasions. He was cleared of all charges and liberated.

Witnesses confirm that the document presented in Greek letters and language is in fact written by the Venetian Consul of the island of Milo, Filippo Beni. Other statements concerning the capture of a pollacca captained by a certain Tommaso are presented. The pollacca was illegally captured and looted during corso by the vessel of the Frenchman Franciscus de Robertis Seglian. Seglian is accused of falsely claiming that the captured loot belonged to Turks, when it actually belonged to Greek Christians. The case was then referred by the MCC to the TRA. The claim was not upheld and Seglian was freed.

Thomas Greg from Birkirkara sells and subjects 15 tari in annual rent to Bendo Galdes from Balzan.

Mattheo Buhagiar from Qormi was pursuing a legal case against Leonardo Muscat in the Corte della Magistrale Secretia, and also reports that he had always enjoyed the right of passage to his housing in Qormi through a land recently acquired by Muscat, who was now restricting and forbidding his access.

Compromised due to damage. Thomaso Scataretici, Sergeant, wishes to make a solemn deposition that he administered the Confraternity of [] well and handed over all the community's financial assets to his successors.

An unknown person demands the return of property illegally taken from him by the courts.

Commercial partners Arrigo Zerafa from Burmula and Giovanni Antonio Greg explain that they had an ongoing case against Antonaccio Greg at the MCC. In light of this they make a formal deposition that Zerafa had given Antuniaccio four empty barrels which were to be filled with olive oil in Messina, to which Antuniaccio was sailing with his frigate. Money was also given to cover purchase and delivery. Antunaccio was also to bring another four barrels to be sold to Zerafa at cost. However, Antunaccio returned and sold all eight barrels to third parties and kept all the money himself.

The Frenchwoman Catherina Plana from Valletta reports the theft of the following items from her rooms: two paintings (one of a landscape, the other of nymphs), glass vases and other faience, and items in porcelain.

Cesare Passalacqua as procurator of the Common Treasury of the Order reports that Beatrice Cagliares had donated 1,000 scudi to the Canon Giovanni Baptista Cagliares, which she claimed to have previously lent to Bishop Cagliares, since deceased. She later qualified that there had been no such loan and that she had been compelled to make the donation, and that the money belonged to the spoglio of the deceased Bishop, and so to the Order.

Compromised due to loss of paper. It is reported that Cl. Giovann Maria Pauluccio agreed that he had found certain money arising from proceeds on a capital of investment among the belongings of his deceased father Simone Attard, from which the latter's pallbearers and funeral expenses were paid. Other heirs were paid. It is unclear what the legal case is about beyond this.

Giacobo Muscat reports that in September 1642 he had been assaulted at night at a house of Notary Giuliano Felui called Tal Cortin. Quantities of grain and other produce, as well as lambs, were also stolen. He asks that a monitorium is issued calling for people with information about these occurrences to come forward.

[] from Birkirkara and Andrea Camilleri from Tarxien report that when they were in Naples they had given to Thomaso Greg, piloto of the galera Santa Maria, a bursa di Cannavazzo with money inside to be brought to Malta and given to Don Gregorio Camilleri, son of the same Andrea. When the galley reached Messina it was ordered from Malta to detour to Palermo and then head back to Naples. Greg then used the money to procure goods for himself. They request a monitorium to be issued to collect information about Greg and his purchases.
