Case unclear since upper part of the document is missing throughout. Johannes Xicluna leased land in the area of Monte Calibo from Francisca de Nana. Xicluna formed a partnership with Michaele Cuschieri for two years, after which Cuschieri remained in debt to Scicluna for 127 uncia and 20 tari. Cuschieri sold grain as well as his house to settle the debt. It is unclear what the actual dispute is about, but information is given on how the partnership managed its affairs, and other information on the cultivation and sail of grain.

At the instigation of Franciscus Mattheus Angelis, Consul for Italy, and Demetrius Frangulli, Consul for Greece, witnesses are received and interrogated. The report that when the Venetian vessel with a Greek crew captained by Cap. Johannes Cirico had entered port, they had secured the commission on the sail of grain on board, only for Josephus Milazzo and Johannes Maria Spiteri to come aboard and undercut them, and that they did the same over the sale of mischiato brought in by Cap.
