At the instigation of Franciscus Mattheus Angelis, Consul for Italy, and Demetrius Frangulli, Consul for Greece, witnesses are received and interrogated. The report that when the Venetian vessel with a Greek crew captained by Cap. Johannes Cirico had entered port, they had secured the commission on the sail of grain on board, only for Josephus Milazzo and Johannes Maria Spiteri to come aboard and undercut them, and that they did the same over the sale of mischiato brought in by Cap. Giorgio Sevasto' some time later.
