Sac. Don Bernardo Haxac from Gozo reports that since the termination of the tutelage of Domenica, since then wife of the Cl. Gioanne Xeberras, by Andrea Haxac, he as the commissioned person of Domenica, his niece, with whom she lived, received three annual payments from Domenico Michallef for rent of the land Ta Scihaira in the area of San Cataldo del Garbo. He wishes to formally report that he had transferred the due share of this income to Domenica's previous tutor for expenses.

Pietro Sammut, Gioannella widow of Giuseppe Bezzina, and Catherina wife of Domenico Hagius, a monitorium is issued calling for information to prove or otherwise that Bartholomeo Mifsud had been saying for ten years since the death of his brother Dom Domenico Mifsud that he intended to carry our a division of all properties left by the deceased Domenico, who died intestate, and other concerns arising from this intestate succession.

Bernardo Azzupard (23 August 1606). As well as a similar contract between himself and Paulina, widow of Giuseppe Dingli from Siġġiewi in the acts of the same notary (30/03/1619). Likewise in a similar contract of fideiussio with Consalvo Farrugia and Consalvo Calleja from Zebbug in the acts of Not. Gio Batta Azzuppard (23/01/1629). And others. Permission is granted, allowing Xicluna to prosecute the other parties for their shortcomings.

Giovanni Paolo Xicluna from Luqa reports that he had formed a commercial partnership with Luca Ellul and others concerned with wool (lino). Ellul had been the bursary of the enterprise and had under-reported revenue to Xicluna's detriment.

Giovannella wife of Giovanna de Thino and Lucretia widow of the deceased Antonio Granere from Burmula report that they were being accused of assaulting Gratia Gambino with thrown stones. They were incarcerated, and their younger brother Giuseppe had to escape as he was accused of taking up arms to harm Gratia. They ask for a formal monitorium to be issued for witnesses to come forward with information about this case.

Geronimo Schembri from Gozo reports that he had left some money in the church of Santa Maria della Pieta in the cemetery of the Venerable Convent of Saint Augustine, from where they were stolen by some children. He also reports that his brother had lost some money and a gold ring. He also reports that some children had stolen produce from his land called Innighired, and he had to reimburse Rev. Don Pauloo Cardona for his share.

Geronimo Bartolo from Attard reports that as part of the dowry for the marriage between him and Catherina, daughter of the deceased [] from Mosta he had received some money and a parcel of land. Other information missing due to tearing.

An unknown person demands the return of property illegally taken from him by the courts.

Giovanne Frendo from Gozo that reports that after the death of his mother Paulina, and complains that various items, household goods and money were illegally taken into the possession of Vincentia Frendo, daughter of his father Mario, to his detriment.

Giacobo Muscat reports that in September 1642 he had been assaulted at night at a house of Notary Giuliano Felui called Tal Cortin. Quantities of grain and other produce, as well as lambs, were also stolen. He asks that a monitorium is issued calling for people with information about these occurrences to come forward.
