Scope and content
Jacobus Ligato testifies that while he was near the battlements called "Delle Due Balle" in the company of Josephus "di Marghin" Felici and Michaele "di Macellaro" Garzone, they were called in by Maria, daughter of Agostino Falzon to expel a certain Gio Maria (from Mqabba) from her house, who had stolen money fom her little son and was refusing to leave. While trying to drag him out, Gio Maria turned and bit Ligato on the nose, drawing blood.
