Testimonial letter from Sir Arthur Fremantle, Governor of Malta, in 1898. This testimonial indicates the first use of the word 'cigarettes', however, it is not clear whether these were imported or sold in Malta or whether they were already being produced by V. Marich and Co.

Following the display and stall for the British Empire Exhibition at Auberge d'Italie in December 1923, V. Marich and Co. were selected to represent Malta in the 2024 British Empire Exhibition at Wembley, London, England. This photo shows the stall prepared for the 2024 showcase.
