Clara Farrugia, represented by her husband Josephus, prosecutes Johannes Burlo who had been left universal heir of the deceased Canon Rev. Petrus Burlo, and who had cheated her out of some money promised to her as dowry, and so owed. Copies of the will, in which various persons appear as witnesses due to the infirmity of the will-maker is enclosed in copy.
