              Giovannella wife of Giovanna de Thino and Lucretia widow of the deceased Antonio Granere from Burmula report that they were being accused of assaulting Gratia Gambino with thrown stones. They were incarcerated, and their younger brother Giuseppe had to escape as he was accused of taking up arms to harm Gratia. They ask for a formal monitorium to be issued for witnesses to come forward with information about this case.

              Clemens Psayla from Qormi accuses Petrus Mifsud from Qormi and others that while he was travelling to Mqabba to pay Johannes Petrus Zammit two scudi for a pig (maiale) he was accosted close to the cross in the area Tal Chandae (perhaps Ta Kandja) by the accused, who was carrying a sword and knife (spada e pugnale) and assaulted him, causing him grevious injury. Petrus Mifsud is interrogated. Case file incomplete.

              Mario Attard, from Casal Pasqualino, reports that some years before he had been assaulted in the street by Antonio Cassar from the same village. Cassar was found guilty by the Curia Capitanalis and sent to row. Attard had since come by the village and Attard's bottega where he threatened to kill him. Witness statements collected about both the original assault and this threat. Cassar was found guilty and was fined 8 uncia and all court expenses. Appealed without referenced resolution.

              Joannes Paulus Zirafa from Attard testifies that close to his house there lived Lonza, wife of Pietro Pagano who had been captured as a slave by the infidels. One night he heard the playing of a tamburello and singing "alla Maltesa" in which song they called him a "sbirro" and other things. He recognised them to be Domenico Mifsud and Salvatore Grec. The next day he went to Casal Dimech and confirmed that the two were together the previous night, also in the company of Giuseppe Fenech and the soldier from the galleys who lived in Ta Zahui. He reported the matter to the Capitano della Verga. He was then assaulted with a knife by Domenico and Salvatore close to the tavern of Giovanni Camenzuli in Attard. They were fined four uncia, confirmed on appeal.

              Maria, wife of Laurentius Sammut, reports that in the early morning she had rushed out of her house at the cries of her 10 year old son, Tommaso, whom she found dizzy and with a lump over his eye. The boy reported that he had had a quarrel with the son of the same age of Marietta, wife of Baldassare. Marietta had then thrown stones at him, resulting in the wound in the head. Doctor's report.

              Joseph Zimegh reports that he came across a certain Andrea, gardener of the garden below the bastions of Valletta towards Marsamoscetto, to whom he had promised to take some arsenic. The two spoke about this and when Zimegh sought to leave, Andrea attacked him with stones and drew blood. Doctor's report.
