Joannes Borg from Rabat accuses his nephew Maruzzio Borg from Zebbug of selling a sow ("troia") which Joannes had entruzted to Maruzzio's care without permission and to Martino the gardener of Tabnia. Witness statements were collected and Joannes retracted his accusations, and was in turn condemened to pay the court expenses .

Giovanni Paulo Galia from Paola reports that when he was with about 12 goats of his outside Floriana above Calcara when he came across a certain Gerolimo Lia who claimed to have lost three sheep. That evening he noticed that he was missing a goat and was informed by a boy called Giuseppe that the same Gerolimo had been among them. He was imprisoned but released on condition that he is never outside the city walls from one hour before sundown onwards, and that he may not purchase or resell anything in the countryside, on pain of 45 years' rowing.

Sperantia Azzuppardo from Pasqualino testfies that about a monhth before she was at the Muraglia close to her house and heard a pig and the cries of some children and she saw Mariuzzo Zahra and his boy Giovanni and another boy called Alessando and other throwing stones at the pig, which eventually managed to esape into the house of a certain Maria, greviously wounded.
