Scope and content
A group of female teachers from the Sisters of St Joseph of the Apparition school, Sliema at Ghajn Tuffieha bay. The teachers of this school used to take students for trips to Ghajn Tuffieha bay and the surrounding area due to the bar and restaurant at the bottom of the steps by the water's edge. The proprietor, who was very protective towards visiting students, could have been a certain Mr John Fenech, better known by his nickname "Kukkuru". Loulou Pizzuto is second from the right.
