            Antonio Corso, Marino de Giacomo, Simone de Pierre, and any of their accomplices are accused of knowingly and intentionally murdering Michele Cordin, known as San Paolo, and Geronimo Raspi in Vittoriosa. Witness statements and interrogations. They were found guilty with considerations, and sentenced to three and two years' rowing without pay on the galleys of the order.

            The cadaver of the late Notary Pietro Paulo Hagius was found in the street called La Strada delli Bastioni in Burmula and taken to his house in Vittoriosa. Suspicion fell upon Leonardo Chircop and Filippo Vella. Several interrogations and investigations. Final sentence not included but they were both incarcerated. Eventually Leonardo Chircop was granted leave to go corsairing.

            The knight Fra Christoforo Baldano reports that while he was in his house in Vittoriosa he heard that some foreigners were vexing married women in the vicinity of the Church of St Laurence. He requested that they be dispersed and officers of the court were accordingly sent but were received with the throwing of stones and other forms of resisitance.

            It is presented that the Neaopolitan Petrus Melandrino was hosted at the house of Franciscus Genovese in Vittoriosa and murdered his host in his sleep. He then stole all the money, gold and silver he could find before escaping. He then went to the house of Bernardina, a freedwoman of Stephanus Bartolo who have him shelter in return for a share of the stolen goods.

            The slave Nicola belonging to Franciscus Surdo was found guilty of stealing various items including several items of jewellery and expensive foodstuffs from Salvo Mantagner and his house in Notabile, as he had confessed to the Corte Capitanale. The Magna Curia Castellania was now investigating the matter to uncover his accomplices. He was also accused of stealing from the house of Vincentius Cumbo in Vittoriosa, including pearls and jewels. A certain Grancesco Xerri was also incarcerated concerning the case. Antonius Sillato and Mario Inguanez also claimed to be victims of theft by the same slave.

            The procurators and members of the Archconfraternity of St Joseph in the Church of St Laurence in Vittoriosa, which was established even before the arrival of the Order in Malta to serve all the woodworkers and carpenters of the area, and which Confraternity always satisfied its obligations, explain that 8 years previously an altar to St Joseph was made in the parish Church of Senglea with all good intentions, but the people of this Parish were seeking toi establish a separate Confraternity of St Joseph, to which the Archconfraternity of St Joseph of Vittoriosa protests.
