Scope and content
This image does not have a picture. It is a prayer in the form of a prayer dedicated to Our Lady Queen of Peace, composed by Fr Joseph Cremna OFM, the Parish Priest taking pastoral care of the Maltese working at the Dockyard and Shipbuilding sector in Alexandria (Egypt). Most probably this poem was written during the Second World War as it speaks of the suffering endured at the time. It is printed in brown ink and on the left hand side one finds a row of roses. Overleaf a rubber stamp indicates that this prayer formed part of the collection pertaining to Karmen Mikallef-Buhagar.
