Joannes Borg from Rabat accuses his nephew Maruzzio Borg from Zebbug of selling a sow ("troia") which Joannes had entruzted to Maruzzio's care without permission and to Martino the gardener of Tabnia. Paulo Fenech and Pauluccio Pace, both from Rabat in Malta, are accused of playing prohibited games and gambling at the Giardino della bruca.
