              Antonio Saraniti and Mario Benaya are found guilty of sodomy and Vincentio Lopizzuto of complicity. They were discovered in a guardiola along the walls close to Jews' Gate. Saraniti and Benaya are sentenced to be extrangulated and their bodies burnt into ashes and so disposed of. Lopizzuto was to be beaten in public and then to row for life.

              Night-captain Bernardo Hagius, Emanuele Petta, Giovanni Domenico Bonnici, Cosmo Gauci, Gridonio Degriolo and Andrea Moneglia are accused of grand theft. They abused of their poisition to trick a crew of Frenchmen into an ambush in Kalkara, by means of which they stole great quantitites of money from them. Another accomplice, Domenico Falzon, was sentenced to four years' rowing. Bernardo Agius and his colleague Leonardo Mifsud were found to have had no knowledge of the ambush and freed. Emanuele Petta was sentenced to row for three years No other sentences included.

              The infidel slaves belonging to the Order named Iles Mustafa Ogli, Assan Babac Ogli, Assan Ali Ogli and Mustafa Sileyman Ogli are accused of grand theft. Iles Mustafa Ogli, slave at the kitchens of the Grandmaster's palace stole 2 silver plates during the festivities of Easter, handed them over to Badacogli and Mustafa Sileyman Ogli, who took them aboard the Order's Galley to Messina, where they were sold. Separately, Iles Mustafa Ogli stole another plate of silver and sold it to Assan Ali Ogli, slave of the knight Carolo Giannallo who recognised the plate as belonging to the Grandmaster's Palace. Iles was sentenced to hanging and the others to be beaten until they pass out.

              Joannes de Marco and various others are accused of the murder of Cap. Giovanni Pasquale on his ship, which vessel was engaged in Corso in the Golfo di Sfachez off the coast of Barbary, and specifically when it was moored at Cagliari in the Kingdom of Sardinia. Joannes de Marco and Hieronimus Pollacco are hanged in public and then their bodies torn from into four parts and each part affixed in the usual places. Antonius Manes, Honoratus Melem, and Carolum Labergia were sentenced to row for life. Nicolaus Poloroditi, Antonius Moso, and Salvatore Thesorere sentenced to row for 5 years.

              Josephus "Tirda" Seychel is accused of theft and Josephus Xiberras, owner of a jewelry shop in Valletta, of purchasing stolen goods. The theft concerned a jewel with diamonds. Seychel was also tortured for information. They were, however, acquitted.

              Interrogation of Giulio Vatoblin (French) concerning accusations made against him by Aloisio David. He had thrown him into the sea. The case also involved the use of a garden planted by Aloisio with fig trees in Victoriosa, ownership of which is being disputeto which Vitublin, being a neighbour is claimed to have done damage. Various witness statments included. Copy of the 20/02/1570 contract of marriage between Marietta Fallon and the aramotarius Johannes Piu, referencing houses in Valletta. Also an 07/01/1578 contract by which the married couple sold housing in Vittoriosa to Vitublin.
