Last will and testament of Ursula Delia, made on 5 June 1712 but presented in court later in the year. She was from Vittoriosa and was to be buried in the church of St Laurence. She left legacies to the church and the will also mentions landed properties.

Witness statements and interrogations. They were found guilty with considerations, and sentenced to three and two years' rowing without pay on the galleys of the order.

He then stole all the money, gold and silver he could find before escaping. He then went to the house of Bernardina, a freedwoman of Stephanus Bartolo who have him shelter in return for a share of the stolen goods.

The Magna Curia Castellania was now investigating the matter to uncover his accomplices. He was also accused of stealing from the house of Vincentius Cumbo in Vittoriosa, including pearls and jewels. A certain Grancesco Xerri was also incarcerated concerning the case. Antonius Sillato and Mario Inguanez also claimed to be victims of theft by the same slave.

He followed him at a distance and even came across the Governor of the City, who asked him to take Natale into custody. He sought to do so accordingly, especially after being informed by a certain Damiano that Natale intended to attack a certain Barnaba. Domenicus tracked down Natale who had, in the meantime, already been arrested by a Cap. Salvo Brunet, but not disarmed. Natale was frisked and a concealed triangular blade (stile Venetiano) was found. He was taken and held on the galley.

Also an 07/01/1578 contract by which the married couple sold housing in Vittoriosa to Vitublin.
