Mario Attard, from Casal Pasqualino, reports that some years before he had been assaulted in the street by Antonio Cassar from the same village. Cassar was found guilty by the Curia Capitanalis and sent to row. Attard had since come by the village and Attard's bottega where he threatened to kill him. Witness statements collected about both the original assault and this threat. Cassar was found guilty and was fined 8 uncia and all court expenses. Appealed without referenced resolution.

Giovanni Domenico Gatt, Treasurer of the Universitas of Notabile, is instructed to pay Giovanni Camilleri, capo mastro in Torre della Capra 7 scudi, 6 tari for himself and three soldiers for services rendered, with another 12 tari owed to Alessandro Mallia to be forwarded half and half to Andrea Debrincat and Angelo Bugeja.

Giovanni Domenico gatt, Treasurer of the Universitas of Notabile, is instructed to pay Claudio Muscat, Dottor Fisco, 41 scudi and 1 tari for his salary (his annual salary was 125 scudi).

Stephanus Bardagner, a Frenchman known as "Larosa" is accused of theft of jewelry, and specifically that he went to the house of Angelica Metaxi in the Manderaggio of Valletta with the excuse of inviting her to dinner together with her husband Giovanni to dinner, and while there he took and stole several pieces of jewelry (described). He was sentenced to row for life.

Case commences with the interrogation of Lorenzo Vella who claims that he had gone with Giovanni Battista Zammit to see the vessel recently captured in corso by Cav. de Creinulle, where they came across a man who claimed to be the guardian of the vessel. This guardian invited them on board and gave them some roasted chickpeas but some time later, some guards came about and arrested them for trespassing and stealing chickpeas from the vessel's hold. The so-called "guardiano" had escaped. Other statements collected. No sentence included.

Nicolai Posuin accused Antonio Sigal of assaulting him with a sword but Sigun claims it was self-defence. No resolution included.
