Johannes Habela from Zabbar is accused of keeping hunting dogs and of hunting for rabbits illegally. Witnesses were questioned and Habela was ultimately liberated. The acquittal was upheld at appeal.

Antoninus Chiaca, a sea-captain, rejects that he owes any money or is any way indebted to Johannes Tiso and challenges the latter to sue him in court, and to pay all court expenses.

Domenicus Attard, Night Watchman, reports that while in the vicinity of the Post of Castille of Vittoriosa he came across the sailor Natale D'Andrea, who was armed. He followed him at a distance and even came across the Governor of the City, who asked him to take Natale into custody. He sought to do so accordingly, especially after being informed by a certain Damiano that Natale intended to attack a certain Barnaba. Domenicus tracked down Natale who had, in the meantime, already been arrested by a Cap. Salvo Brunet, but not disarmed. Natale was frisked and a concealed triangular blade (stile Venetiano) was found. He was taken and held on the galley.

Vincentius Madiona, from Valletta, an apothecary, reports that he needed to buy some birds of prey (uccelli di cacciai) and asked for them to a certain Michaele, pullalloro. On their way back they had a verbal altercation with a couple of men in the service of Rafaele Balsani and Madiona later found out that one of the men broke into Michaele's workspace and stole a couple of birds from him.

At the instigation of Franciscus Mattheus Angelis, Consul for Italy, and Demetrius Frangulli, Consul for Greece, witnesses are received and interrogated. The report that when the Venetian vessel with a Greek crew captained by Cap. Johannes Cirico had entered port, they had secured the commission on the sail of grain on board, only for Josephus Milazzo and Johannes Maria Spiteri to come aboard and undercut them, and that they did the same over the sale of mischiato brought in by Cap. Giorgio Sevasto' some time later.

Petrus Borg rejects the request of Domenicus Borg for reimbursement of judicial fees arising from a legal case between them heard before the Magna Curia Castellania and the court of appeal.

Lucianus Collara and Johannes d'Antonius, buonavoglia rowers are accused of desertion for not reporting for duty on the San Josephus and were sentenced to three years' rowing.

The widow Catherina Giardino had sold a place of housing in Valletta to Ninfa Cagliari at the rate established by an expert but it was proven in a court case that the estimation had been made with detriment to Giardino and her interests and the election of new experts required by the Court. She initiates legal proceedings to effect this sentence.

Angelo Vella is accused of breaching the terms of his exile from Malta and returning to the island. Copy of the 02/01/1641 sentence included. No sentence included.

The lawyer Johannes Baptista Farrugia, as cessionarius of the lawyer Palmerinus Montana, explains that the latter was owed 800 scudi by Mattheus Zammit from Hal Millieri from income from land once belonging to Augustinus Gusman but could not find any legal recourse and so appeals to the OVS. Johannes Baptista Ferrari explains that he had been informed of a deadline of two days to carry out a sentence given by the TAR in favour of Antonius Lanfranco. However, Ferrari reports that they had settled out of court, and that the sentence was given later. He also reports that he was a resident of Casal Paola and therefore enjoyed the privilege conceded to residents of that place in relation to debts, and so he could not be prosecuted for debt.
