Johannes Habela from Zabbar is accused of keeping hunting dogs and of hunting for rabbits illegally. Witnesses were questioned and Habela was ultimately liberated. The acquittal was upheld at appeal.

Senza titoloDomenicus Attard, Night Watchman, reports that while in the vicinity of the Post of Castille of Vittoriosa he came across the sailor Natale D'Andrea, who was armed. He followed him at a distance and even came across the Governor of the City, who asked him to take Natale into custody. He sought to do so accordingly, especially after being informed by a certain Damiano that Natale intended to attack a certain Barnaba. Domenicus tracked down Natale who had, in the meantime, already been arrested by a Cap. Salvo Brunet, but not disarmed. Natale was frisked and a concealed triangular blade (stile Venetiano) was found. He was taken and held on the galley.

On their way back they had a verbal altercation with a couple of men in the service of Rafaele Balsani and Madiona later found out that one of the men broke into Michaele's workspace and stole a couple of birds from him.

However, Ferrari reports that they had settled out of court, and that the sentence was given later. He also reports that he was a resident of Casal Paola and therefore enjoyed the privilege conceded to residents of that place in relation to debts, and so he could not be prosecuted for debt.
