Caterina Leone was owed money by Fra Spirito Racelli for a slave purchased in 1630. The slave was Tirkish but since discovered to be a Christian and so freed by the Santo Officio. The case was complicated because the guarantee for the debt was another slave held by a third party, Santo Fangio, due to other issues.

Giovanella Mifsud protests against the moves made against her by Catherina Mifsud. A previous sentence favourable to Giovanella had been issued by judge Ascanio Sardo and it had passed without issue, but now Catherina had raised fresh and unfounded protests.

Giacomo Mangion demands the presentation of all evidence concerning a case in which he is involved, including evidence or otherwise that a certain Stephanus scarpello, a one-time scrivano on a galera had received money in relation to imports of orzo and frumento.

Baldassare Ramella as legatarius of the deceased Lucretia Ramella, his wife (see will in acts of Not. Natale Parminiani 19/07/1640) prosecutes the cleric Johannes Paulo Muscat as gabellotto and possessor of the enclosure of land called Scibetta for the payment of 28 uncia and 20 tari (see Not. Toma Cauchi 20/05/1649 and Not. Juliano Felice 10/12/1640). Notary of the Ecclesiastical Court is [] Peralta.

Concerning the sale of property in Valletta and the obligations of building walls etc. Compromised by poor conditions. The court found in favour of Miglao and Deguara appealed.

Paulus Davola as procurator of Vincentia, widow of Johannes Richie, prosecutes Angelo Thavola for the return of her enclosure of land in the area Ta Zebugi which had been hers by right of dowry before the depredation of the Turks. Much other information concerning the lands of the area and who owned what, as well as what type of facilities were present is given.
