Sac. Don Bernardo Haxac from Gozo reports that since the termination of the tutelage of Domenica, since then wife of the Cl. Gioanne Xeberras, by Andrea Haxac, he as the commissioned person of Domenica, his niece, with whom she lived, received three annual payments from Domenico Michallef for rent of the land Ta Scihaira in the area of San Cataldo del Garbo. He wishes to formally report that he had transferred the due share of this income to Domenica's previous tutor for expenses.

Domenico Sayd from Zebbug reports that the late Margerita, his one-time wife, had commenced a case in the MCC against Thommaso Paci from Tarxien resulting in the division of property but he could not find the documentation of the case, and so he requests that a monitorium is issued requesting information.

The scrittorio (desk) of the elemosinarius of the Grandmaster was stolen in the night together with the money assigned to him for the pursuit of his duties. By means of investigation it was discovered that Bernardino Debono and Micheale Agius had made a false key and used it to break into the elemosinarius' office, took the desk, made it out of the palace, hid the desk in an underground room belonging to Margerita Fiamenzo under the house of Lorenzo Tholossenti. They then enlisted the help of Angelo Portelli who helped take the desk elsewhere. Michael Agius was sentenced to hang, Bernardino Debono was sentenced to row for life, being spared the hanging for his young age, and Angelo Portelli was sentenced to row for three years.

Incorrectly assumed to be heard before the Curia Gubernatorialis but discovered to have been assigned to the MCC during cataloguing. Eugenio Madiona is accused by Catherina, widow of Mattheo Bartholo, her father Dionysius Fenech, and her brothers Domenico, Alessando, Carolo and Giuseppe Fenech, of having carnal relations with her (sine vi) under pretence of intending to marry her and leaving her pregnant without intending to do right by her. Several witnesses are interrogated. He was however acquitted on all counts.

Giovanni Maria Aquilina is accused of murdering Giacobo Schembri at the request of Schembri's wife Innocenza. He was first arraigned before the Curia Gubernatorialis of Gozo, and then transferred to the Magna Curia Castellania to undergo interrogation under torture (described). They had followed Giacobo to the coastline of Marsalforn and precisely to the area of Ghar Cuacla, where he was collecting patelli, and there Giovanni Maria struck him with a stone and then threw the corpse into the sea. They were both found guilty: Aquilina was sentenced to hang and Schembri to exile from Malta and Gozo for life.

The case document commences with copies of bandi forbidding the export of food, governing its collection and prohibiting the production of biscotti without licence. A case against the Gozitan Notary Mario Pontremoli is transferred to the Magna Curia Castellania, since the judge of the Curia Gubernatorialis was his relative and so had to recuse himself. It is reported by witnesses that the Jurat Giovanni Maria Cumbo had approached Pontremoli as notary of the Universita, and asked him to report on the collection of owed money since some debtors who had paid might still have been incarcerated for the satisfied debts, in answer to which Pontremoli refused and the matter turned to violence, with blows exchanged between the parties. Notary Fabrizio Figeni of Siggiewi reports that Pontremoli had also received money from Giovanni Paulo Camilleri on behalf of the judge of the Curia Gubernatorialis as a deposit of some sort in relation to a case ongoing in Gozo. It is also reported that Pontremoli was selling grain from the public warehouse, claiming that he had the sanction of the jurats, which was not so. Pontremoli is arraigned on accusations of abuse of power and corruption. Includes a missive from the Grandmaster outlining the administration of the island of Gozo and its military operations. No sentence included.

Francesco Calleja reports that he had been informed that Battestino Gatt intended to intimidate witnesses that he was to summon to court and got a motion of injunction prohibiting Gatt from approaching the witnesses. Gatt then came and found Calleja at the house of his lawyer Don Domenico Debono and assaulted him. Witnesses examined. No sentence included.

The night-watchman Leonardo Mifsud rejects the claims made against him by Margarita Debono (not listed) and demands that the case is dismissed.

Decree of the Magna Curia Castellania, noting the death of Anna, wife of Bartholomeus Garagona, daughter of Julius Lombardo, after having made a will before Notary Lorenzo Fiteni (08/05/1628), establishing Alexander, Publius, Victorius and Michaele Angelus her sons with Bartholomeus as universal heirs, following which Alexander, Publius, Victorius, Michael Angelus and Bartholemus all died intestate or without children. Johannes Franciscus Garagona, son of Michaele Angelus initiates proceedings to be confirmed in the inheritance of all of the above, and to form the inventory of all estates.

Domenicus Paulicci as legitimate administrator of his wife Theodora, appeals from a sentence of the MCC pronounced against him and in favour of Augustinus Fiteni. The case seems to have concerned a sale of annual rent by Fiteni to Ignatius Hagius in 1653, and a similar sale to Michaele Purtaluni of annual rent derived from a grarden called Tal Vijet holliek in Birkirkara in 1658, and similarly to Baron Sylvester Fiteni of rent derived from land called Ta Sinen in Ta Gued Hollecha in 1655. There is a also a list of properties belonging to Fiteni: a house with two botteghi di Valsense, a garden and land called I'Immueseb ta Beb Ilghizira, land called Yccinus ta Gued Hollecha, land called Ta Sinen in Ta Ued Hollecha, land called Ta Don Matteolo and Ta Baldachino, lands in Zebbug in the area of St Roque, the land Tal Macra and Ginen Cubbaita. As well as a list of other financial assets. The actual concern of the original case is not explained.
