The report that when the Venetian vessel with a Greek crew captained by Cap. Johannes Cirico had entered port, they had secured the commission on the sail of grain on board, only for Josephus Milazzo and Johannes Maria Spiteri to come aboard and undercut them, and that they did the same over the sale of mischiato brought in by Cap. Giorgio Sevasto' some time later.

              Domenicus Grima reports that a sentence was handed down against him on 22 January 1710 at the instigation of Alessandro Magri, and that he and the deceased Michaele Calleia were ordered to pay Magri 13% of the total sum that he had procured for them as their procurator from the debtors of Josephus Ciarlet, who himself owed them money. He seeks to appeal due to the emergence of new legal advice on the basis of new evidence.

Dorell has concerns about the impartiality of the ACA's judge and asks that an alternative judge be appointed. Olivier's appeal was rejected as it was not made on valid grounds.
