Domenico Portelli as procurator of the Hospital of Santu Spirtu in Rabat reports that Ferdinando Vassallo had been given permission to take possession from the late Paulo Sayd to cover debts owed to him by the same. Portelli requests that the Hospital be allowed to do the same since Sayd owed it money as well.

He seeks to appeal due to the emergence of new legal advice on the basis of new evidence.

Dorell has concerns about the impartiality of the ACA's judge and asks that an alternative judge be appointed. Olivier's appeal was rejected as it was not made on valid grounds.
Suprema Curia AppellationisLudovico Bucchier and Geronimo Savona had broken the law by sailing on the corso under the flag of the King of Spain and were now being sought by creditors and request support in limiting the reach of the credit to their property in order not to be incarcerated for their debts.
