Giovanni Antonio Bonnici (undated). He rejects this deadline as he claims that both parties decided to disregard the contract and had instead agreed between them that a pollacca would be made instead. This was done and Degiorgio was now refusing to pay.
Senza titoloThomas Pulis Donatus, confrater of the Order from Senglea, had sold annual income of 80 scudi to the Veneranda Assemblea of the Order with carta gratiae for repurchase valid for nine years. Sale had been done for 1,000 scudi and in two contracts (28/03/1634 and 26/05/1634). Pulis owed money to several creditors. He therefore now wishes to sell the lands from which the income is derived to the same Assemblea and experts are to be consulted on the land's value. The lands include one called Y Xahra and others in the area of the church of St Roque outside the walls of Vittoriosa. A list of all the creditors is also included. Made before Notary Michaele Ralli.
