Mario Baldacchino reports that the MCC had already found against Domenicus and Camillo Darmanin in the case relating to the inheritance of the deceased Giacomo and Angelica Baldacchino. Only Camillo had appealed and Mario was appearing to effect the sentence. No details on the date or content of the sentence.
Senza titoloJohannes D'Argini reports that while at his osteria he was approached by a woman to help her against a man who was vexing her. This was Federico Froqcg (either German or Italian), who was drunk and claimed that the woman had touched the dog (or door) of his master, who lived across the street. D'Argini managed to keep Federico out and bar the door, and Federico then discharged his firearm repeatedly and made menacing threats out in the street with his sword. Thuis took place close to the polverista behind the College of the Jesuits. Various testimonies collected.
Senza titoloit is reported that the sailor Carlus parnis escaped from service on the galley San Johannes while in Cartagena three years previously. He claimed that it had happened because he had been sent inland to buy provisions but when he returned, the ship had lready set sail. In the meantime, he had taken up employment on other ships as available. He finally joined up with the crew of San Johannes again when he came across the ship in Leghorn. He was sentenced to three years' rowing with chained feet on the triremes/galleys of the Order.

Senza titoloJohannes Antonius Perier from Valletta was in the service of Cav. Fra Ottavio Scarampi, commander of the galley San Giacomo. After firing the previous maestro di casa, Antonius Bianchi, they discovered that a silver fork was missing from the dinner set and Scarampi made him pay for it. Later, Perier was approached by one of the workers of the Console dell'Argentieri, called Saverius who disclosed that he had the fork in his possession. It was later disclosed that it was brought to them by a young boy in service on the same galley.

Among which, she testifies that her late husband had bought the land Ta Cortin in the area Ta Cortin from the late Domenico Psaila, that the same Domenico owned land called Il Bajada in the area Ta Lombardi as well as more land in the area Ta Arram which guaranteed Bugeja's ownership of the first land. Now Margerita was challenging the true ownership of the land purchased by Bugeja.
