              Carmina Assenza reports that he had seen Pasquale Grima and Maria Fabre running about in each other's company, even though she had recently almost killed him. Other testimonies collected. Maria was married but her husband had been absent from Malta for many years, and she lived as a widow. The two had had carnal relations, and as a result Grima was beaten and Fabre exiled to Senglea. This witnessed meeting of theirs occurred in contravention of the Court's orders.

              Maria Ciaramet, widow of Marco, from Senglea complains that Johannes Cini had forced himself into her home. At the same time, Maria Barabella complains that Ciaramet, her neighbour, is of terrible repute and behaviour and demands that she is exiled. She makes various allegations against her, including that she wanted to poison her daughters and that she spread false rumours about them. Ciaramet was placed under house arrest.

              Domenicus Grima reports that a sentence was handed down against him on 22 January 1710 at the instigation of Alessandro Magri, and that he and the deceased Michaele Calleia were ordered to pay Magri 13% of the total sum that he had procured for them as their procurator from the debtors of Josephus Ciarlet, who himself owed them money. He seeks to appeal due to the emergence of new legal advice on the basis of new evidence.

              Nicola Bonnici accuses Giulio Barbara of breaking into the bottega in Valletta that he was renting from Bonnici and stealing everything he could find. Barbara claimed that he had leased the bottega to Bonnici but since he had regretted the contract he had chosen to accuse him of theft instead. He was acquitted.
