Officium Venerandae SenescalliaeJohannes Baptista Ferrari explains that he had been informed of a deadline of two days to carry out a sentence given by the TAR in favour of Antonius Lanfranco. However, Ferrari reports that they had settled out of court, and that the sentence was given later. He also reports that he was a resident of Casal Paola and therefore enjoyed the privilege conceded to residents of that place in relation to debts, and so he could not be prosecuted for debt.
Tribunal ArmamentorumGiovanni Domenico Gatt, Treasurer of the Universitas of Notabile, is instructed to pay Giovanni Camilleri, capo mastro in Torre della Capra 7 scudi, 6 tari for himself and three soldiers for services rendered, with another 12 tari owed to Alessandro Mallia to be forwarded half and half to Andrea Debrincat and Angelo Bugeja.
