              Johannes Baptista Ferrari explains that he had been informed of a deadline of two days to carry out a sentence given by the TAR in favour of Antonius Lanfranco. However, Ferrari reports that they had settled out of court, and that the sentence was given later. He also reports that he was a resident of Casal Paola and therefore enjoyed the privilege conceded to residents of that place in relation to debts, and so he could not be prosecuted for debt.

Johannes Franciscus Garagona, son of Michaele Angelus initiates proceedings to be confirmed in the inheritance of all of the above, and to form the inventory of all estates.
