Antonino Gaudisi was owed money by a certain Momdrachius and initiates the process for the confiscation of the latter's goods to satisfy the debt of 20 scudi, arising from contractual obligations confirmed by the MCC on 14 January 1579. The items to be confiscated included a boat (barcha).

Paulo Bellia as procurator of Fr Antonius Cressino, prior of the Church, confirms the confiscation of the Moorish slave Michamet of about 40 years from Leonardo Cassia who owed Cressino money, to be resold at auction.

Mattheus Vassallo confirms that he has been granted possession over some belongings of Orlando Xerri, since Xerri owed him money. Reference to notarial acts of Ferdinando Chiappara.

Nucio de Ancillis was owed 130 scudi by Donato Faxensa and was therefore given possession of silverware of the same Faxensa for the sake of resale at auction towards satisfying the debt.

Andreotta Bonnici is given possession over some properties of Paula de Bernardo and her husband, including a place of residence, to be sold at auction to satisfy debts.

Alonsio Fiteni is given possession of some of the possessions of Tomaso de Arena who owed him 100 uncia. They were to be sold at auction to raise money towards the debt. The confiscated property consisted in a vessel named San Salvatore of 1,100 salme in size.

Salvatore Hagius is accused of desertion from the corsairing crew of the sambechhino of Cap. Aloysius Gioubert during the period of quarantine and of going into the countryside into the company of non-infected persons. He had gone to Luqa, where he was tracked down and eventually arrested, although not before seeking refuge in the church and then breaking into an adjoining house of the family Camenzuli, who were then also arrested on suspicion of aiding and abetting the fugitive. The ship had captured a saica departed from Alexandria with riso, cafe, telaria, lino and other merchandise. Hagius was sentenced to ten years' rowing with chained feet.

The Treasurer of the Universitas of Gozo, Giovanni Battista [], is instructed to collect rent owed for the lease of half a domicile by the heirs of the late Domenico Conti. Ink is very faint due to water damage.

Vincenzo Xerri is accused of assulting the viscount of the MCC, Michele Borg, in the course of his duties. Sentenced to five years' rowing. Appealed but no result of appeal included.

Vinenco Tanza is accused of desertion from service on the galley San Pietro. No sentence.

Vincenzo Mallia is accused of breaking into the butcher's shop of Domenico Azzoppard (Azzopardi) in Valletta and stealing two pieces of beef (coyri bovini). He was sentenced to two years' community service.

Vincenzo Bonaventura, buonavoglia on the Order's galley San Pietro is accused of desertion from the same. Sentenced to three years' rowing.

Entiona, wife of Antonius Fannavino accuses Mariam Busia, Francisca Gayamo and Vincentia Marino of insulting her at the house of Giacoma Flamegh in Senglea, and of attacking her with punches and by pulling her hair. No sentence. Clear watermark.
