There seems to be disagreement about the conditions of transfer by sale to the same Dorbesi and reference is made to various dates prior to the case, referencing potential contracts and previous transfers. Reference is also made to creditors who may be owed money in connection to the land. The last folio ends mid-sentence and it is therefore clear that more was originally included in the original libellus.

Officium Causarum DelegatorumDomenicus Paulicci as legitimate administrator of his wife Theodora, appeals from a sentence of the MCC pronounced against him and in favour of Augustinus Fiteni. The case seems to have concerned a sale of annual rent by Fiteni to Ignatius Hagius in 1653, and a similar sale to Michaele Purtaluni of annual rent derived from a grarden called Tal Vijet holliek in Birkirkara in 1658, and similarly to Baron Sylvester Fiteni of rent derived from land called Ta Sinen in Ta Gued Hollecha in 1655. There is a also a list of properties belonging to Fiteni: a house with two botteghi di Valsense, a garden and land called I'Immueseb ta Beb Ilghizira, land called Yccinus ta Gued Hollecha, land called Ta Sinen in Ta Ued Hollecha, land called Ta Don Matteolo and Ta Baldachino, lands in Zebbug in the area of St Roque, the land Tal Macra and Ginen Cubbaita. As well as a list of other financial assets. The actual concern of the original case is not explained.

He had appointed Antonia as the tutor of the three girls. He now removes the requirement of tutelage. The date of the will is not given. Made before notary Salvatore Ciantar.
Elisabetta Wuzzino wishes to summon witnesses to prove that she and her late brother and ship-captain Giovanni were both born from the legitimate union between the spouses Manrodi and Catherina Wuzzino, that her brother had died intestate by cannonshot while serving as piloto on the Papal Fleet at the fourth battle of the Dardanelles (1657) in the Fifth Ottoman-Venetian War and that she had automatically inherited his estate as universal heir, and that the list of personal belongings (including jewellery, utensils etc) had indeed been his and now therefore rightfully hers.
