Vincentius Petit explains that he was owed 12 scudi by the deceased Antonius Jacobo Spuches UID and requests permission to sell some of Spuches' belongings in the inheritance to satisfy the debt. Since the inheritance was unclaimed, he asks that the court appoints a curator ad litem.

Alonsio Fiteni is given possession of some of the possessions of Tomaso de Arena who owed him 100 uncia. They were to be sold at auction to raise money towards the debt. The confiscated property consisted in a vessel named San Salvatore of 1,100 salme in size.

Antonius Damaschino as substitute procurator of Fra Balthasar Imperator, commendatore of the Order, himself the principal procurator of Camillo Amor, Baron of Bubutelli is given possession over some belongings of Antonius de Guevara who owed 47 uncia to the Baron. The property consisted in a slave called Margerita 'di color chiuchiana'.

Antonius habela is given posession over an eclosure of land called Tal Mizebel in the area of Petra Longa and another enclosure called Tha Xuchic in the area of Casal Tymim belonging to Petruccio and Paula Abela as heirs of the deceased Mattheus Abela, who had owed 100 uncia to Antonius Abela.
