              [] from Birkirkara and Andrea Camilleri from Tarxien report that when they were in Naples they had given to Thomaso Greg, piloto of the galera Santa Maria, a bursa di Cannavazzo with money inside to be brought to Malta and given to Don Gregorio Camilleri, son of the same Andrea. When the galley reached Messina it was ordered from Malta to detour to Palermo and then head back to Naples. Greg then used the money to procure goods for himself. They request a monitorium to be issued to collect information about Greg and his purchases.

              Anna Galea reports that having accessed a storage where she kept things for her shop and where she kept items pawned to her by her debtors in the company of Mariuzzo Mifsud, she found that table and the chest in which she kept the pawned items were alight. Nothing of the chest remained but the lock which he wanted to buy but she refused. A window at the back of the storage was found broken into.

De Paiella was not in Malta and was being represented by his procurator Thomaso de Candia. The Judges were Fra Rafael Cotoner and Atanasius Alter, assisted by Notary Michaele Ralli.
