A report by the algozino of the Galera Padrona, Alonsus Maldonato, concerning a certain slave of the galley who had either fallen or thrown himself from the walls of Senglea close to the slave prisons in the area, named Durach Mustafa Ogli Sapraborlondoni. The slave had died of the fall.

Magna Curia Castellania – CriminaleJohannes Antonius Perier from Valletta was in the service of Cav. Fra Ottavio Scarampi, commander of the galley San Giacomo. After firing the previous maestro di casa, Antonius Bianchi, they discovered that a silver fork was missing from the dinner set and Scarampi made him pay for it. Later, Perier was approached by one of the workers of the Console dell'Argentieri, called Saverius who disclosed that he had the fork in his possession. It was later disclosed that it was brought to them by a young boy in service on the same galley.
Magna Curia CastellaniaJohannes Domenicus Pace from Lia reports that when he was at the tavern of Josephus 'tal Barun' in Lia towards sunset he was approached by slaves of the Falconiere posted at San Anton palace, who wanted to use Pace's land, known as Del Monastero in the area known as Migiar il Genieni to build a boat on which to escape with other Turks. When Pace refused, the same slave threatened him to keep his silence.

Magna Curia CastellaniaThe nightwatchman Leonardus Mifsud reports finding six small boats (barche di Piscare) in Marsaxlok, which boats were unaccompanied and had their oars and other equipment on them. He confiscated the boats and they were now being kept at the Manderaggio of Saint Angelo. What had happened was that since the construction of the tower of Marsaxlokk (presumably San Luciano), fishermen had taken up the habit of leaving the boats on the shore on Sundays while they heard mass within the tower, watching over the bay with the guardsmen. The confiscated boats were their own and they asked for them back.
Investigation into an occurrence at sea in which the galera San Rafaele, being unable to steer itself, ran into the Galera Magistrale and the galera Santa Maria.
Johannes D'Argini reports that while at his osteria he was approached by a woman to help her against a man who was vexing her. This was Federico Froqcg (either German or Italian), who was drunk and claimed that the woman had touched the dog (or door) of his master, who lived across the street. D'Argini managed to keep Federico out and bar the door, and Federico then discharged his firearm repeatedly and made menacing threats out in the street with his sword. Thuis took place close to the polverista behind the College of the Jesuits. Various testimonies collected.

One night he heard the playing of a tamburello and singing "alla Maltesa" in which song they called him a "sbirro" and other things. He recognised them to be Domenico Mifsud and Salvatore Grec. The next day he went to Casal Dimech and confirmed that the two were together the previous night, also in the company of Giuseppe Fenech and the soldier from the galleys who lived in Ta Zahui. He reported the matter to the Capitano della Verga. He was then assaulted with a knife by Domenico and Salvatore close to the tavern of Giovanni Camenzuli in Attard. They were fined four uncia, confirmed on appeal.
Curia CapitanalisLazzaro Zammit from Zurrieq reports that he found his wife and her relative Maria at home in great distress, and they reported that the same Maria had been violently raped in her house by Giovanni Maria Azzopardi, known as "Burasca".
Marcus Schembri, enslaved as part of a previous sentence, accuses Antonius Attard of attacking him with a sword after he tried buying radici from him. He had wanted to buy 6 bundles, but Attard gave him two and the fight happened in the ensuing argument.
Nicolai Posuin accused Antonio Sigal of assaulting him with a sword but Sigun claims it was self-defence. No resolution included.
