Catherinella Farrugia sive Schembri as cessionaria of Don Mattheo Farrugia, cessionario of Giuseppe Xeberaas, Gratia Torreni, and Albino Portelli as procurator of Margettina Spotari and Martino Ristro initiate proceedings against the person and property of Simone Polladi.

Vittorio Bonello demands that Vincenzo and Gratia Michallef divide the property Ta Cialpas in the area of the same name which belonged to his and Gratia's father, the late Lazzaro Bonello.
