              Case unclear since upper part of the document is missing throughout. Johannes Xicluna leased land in the area of Monte Calibo from Francisca de Nana. Xicluna formed a partnership with Michaele Cuschieri for two years, after which Cuschieri remained in debt to Scicluna for 127 uncia and 20 tari. Cuschieri sold grain as well as his house to settle the debt. It is unclear what the actual dispute is about, but information is given on how the partnership managed its affairs, and other information on the cultivation and sail of grain.

              Giovanni Xicluna from Siġġiewi requests absolution from his oath given in a contract between himself and the spouses Matteolo and Catherina Xicluna on the one side, and Catherina widow of Geronimo Caruana from Zebbug on the other, concerning the subjugation of annual income, in the acts of Not. Bernardo Azzupard (23 August 1606). As well as a similar contract between himself and Paulina, widow of Giuseppe Dingli from Siġġiewi in the acts of the same notary (30/03/1619). Likewise in a similar contract of fideiussio with Consalvo Farrugia and Consalvo Calleja from Zebbug in the acts of Not. Gio Batta Azzuppard (23/01/1629). And others. Permission is granted, allowing Xicluna to prosecute the other parties for their shortcomings.

              Decree of the Magna Curia Castellania, noting the death of Anna, wife of Bartholomeus Garagona, daughter of Julius Lombardo, after having made a will before Notary Lorenzo Fiteni (08/05/1628), establishing Alexander, Publius, Victorius and Michaele Angelus her sons with Bartholomeus as universal heirs, following which Alexander, Publius, Victorius, Michael Angelus and Bartholemus all died intestate or without children. Johannes Franciscus Garagona, son of Michaele Angelus initiates proceedings to be confirmed in the inheritance of all of the above, and to form the inventory of all estates.

              Johannes Baptista Ferrari explains that he had been informed of a deadline of two days to carry out a sentence given by the TAR in favour of Antonius Lanfranco. However, Ferrari reports that they had settled out of court, and that the sentence was given later. He also reports that he was a resident of Casal Paola and therefore enjoyed the privilege conceded to residents of that place in relation to debts, and so he could not be prosecuted for debt.
