              Leonardus Aquilina presents a sentence of the Curia Capitanalis given in his favour and against Salvus Buhagiar and Antonio Mifsud, which he asks is confirmed regardless of the protestations of the adversaries calling for a new examination of witnesses. The paid had been found guilty of wounding him.

              The 11-year old Antilia Camilleri claims that Domenica David had thrown stones at her because she had thrown stones at Domenica's grandson. She chased Antilla and tried to throw her off the walls of Senglea. Other witness statements collected. Lower court sentence is not included but Domenica was presumably foudn guilty since she appealed. Appeal sentence not included.

              Nicola Garrone, sergeant of the Galera Capitanea accuses Bendo Formosa, who had been sentenced to row on the galley, of wounding Hanedi Mamet Oghli in the head. Witness statements collected. The case seems to have been heard before a tribunal dedicated to servicemen, a form of court martial. Formosa was sentenced to row for another five years.

              Felix Mahnuc, Domenico Saliba and Giacobo Scogliaricci from Burmula confirm that they received missive letters concerning payment on behalf of Don Alvaro Maturabios by way of his representative Giovanni Francesco Gaucio from Victoriosa. Payment was to be made for a journey which Felix and the others promised to undertake to Marsala on a vessel captained by Antonio Grima, and there to join Maturabios' corsairing venture. The notary was Hyacinthos de Avolio.

              Leonardo Mifsud, nightwatchman of the MCC reprots that he was approached by Ursula Michallef, a prostitute, who reported that a Franchman had broken down her wooden door at the house of Maria De Caloriti where she was staying. He was identified and taken to the cells of the court together with all his belongings (listed). He is named as "Antonio figlio morto" and he was sentenced to three years' rowing.

              [Johannes] Baptista Dorell reports that in a dispute between him and Johannes Olivier, a sentence favourable had been pronounced by Olivuer was appealing to the ACA. Dorell has concerns about the impartiality of the ACA's judge and asks that an alternative judge be appointed. Olivier's appeal was rejected as it was not made on valid grounds.

              Witness statements are collected by the Curia Capitanalis concerning the alleged of homicide of the 8 year old Nicola Bonello from Żebbuġ by Dionisio Buttigieg. Witnesses reported seeing Buttigieg throw the boy under water in a reservoir (ġiebja) in Wied Qirda. Even so, the parents of the boy dropped all accusations against Buttigieg and the case was dropped.
