Giuseppe Zarb is accused of assaulting the priest Francesco Mura with a club while the same Francesco was walking home from the church of Sarria to Valletta in the company of his relative Maria. He also tried to stab the priest but was resisted. Inventories of the items held in Zarb's warehouse are provided, which were to be confiscated except for the share claimed by his innocent brother Giovanni Pietro and others. Sentence unclear.

Petrulla Mallia from Qrendi reports that when she was on her way to church to hear mass and was passing by the house of Mariuzza, widow of the late Jacobo, known as Ta Metri, and her daughters Margarita and Lorenza, the said Mariuzza came rushing out with a walking stick and hit her in the head and neck area, and elsewhere, and that she and her daughters dragged her inside the house and locked her in the room and mistreated her in various ways. Unclear how she got away. She received medical treatment by Dr Mario Portughes. All three were fined.

Bartholomeo Hagius told the testifier that in their enclosure called El Bur tal Miral in Ta Ghed el Bir people were gambling so he went with Hagius, Alexandro Zahra, and Gtancesco Hagius from Crendi and found Bartholomeo Haxiac and Alphonso Callus from Casal Leu, Domenico Zahra from Qrendi and Domenico Spiteri gambling by playing Frontar. They dispersed the players. Some days later, while the testifier was herding his cattle, Domenico Spiteri threw stones at him from behind.

Flaminia Galia wife of Bortholomeus and her mother Agatuzza accuse Dominicus sive Callus de Placidi of annoyances and insults to their person and specifically that he catcalled Flaminia saying that he wished to have sexual relations with her, and that he then carried her off on his shoulder to a cave where he paid her, and that when she protested he struck her. Dominicus was fined but appealed. The result of the appeal is not specified.
